This is a custom order you can choose blank or painted. Once poured I will attach head after, price would be reduced if you want to buy as a blank with head un attached (if buyer attaches) poured in eco flex 10 silicone that is very soft flexible and squishy or can do marshmallow blend for 100 extra.
If you choose to get painted you can let me know exactly how you are wanting your baby, and any custom details skin tone, birth marks, etc
